This select mix of herbs may help ease anxiety, bring attentiveness and relieve tension. • Brew as herbal tea, also known as Tisane. Our blends are naturally decaffeinated and delicious either hot or cold. Steep1-2 teaspoons in very hot water for 5-10 minutes. • Burn our Herbal Blends as incense to release the aromatic properties of the herbs or create a sacred atmosphere. Place herbs on a charcoal disc or on an oil burner. Good for spell work. • Flora Jane’s Herbal Blends may be used as a tobacco alternative. Additional grinding may be done to achieve desired consistency. Our blends have been significantly de-stemmed for ease of use. • Infuse our Herbal Blends in a hot bath for a soothing and therapeutic experience.
